CAMP INFORMATION
Typically we attend two camps per year: Veritas and DM
VERITAS
This is a weekend camp usually the last weekend in February that is sponsored by the Arkansas United Methodist Conference. It is typically located in Hot Springs and takes place at the Hot Springs Convention Center. This event follows a worship format with Breakout Small Groups throughout the day. Typically we stay at a private residence in Hot Springs to eleviate the cost for lodging. Pricing changes each year depending on the structure of the event.
Veritas is scheduled for February 25th through 27th, 2011 at the Hot Springs Convention Center. The cost per person for this event and the required Registration Form and Medical Release Form will be updated as that information is released per The Arkansas Conference.

DM (DISCOVERY MINISTRIES)
This camp is one week long in duration and located in Emminence, Missouri. DM is a Christ centered outdoor adventure camp. We typicall go canoeing, rock climbing, rappelling, caving, and do a variety of high and low ropes course work for teambuilding. This is an exciting time to disconnect from the business of the world and just play...
The total cost of the camp is $350.00 per person with a $50.00 deposit (to be subtracted from the total) due in order to register.
This year we will feature an early-bird rate for camp. In other words the cost of the camp will drop by $100.00 per person if the $250.00 is paid in full by Sunday January 30th, 2011. A deposit of $50.00 will secure your spot for camp at anytime. If you miss the early-bird deadline then the full amount ($350.00 per person) is due by Sunday May 29th, 2011. The camp for this year will take place the week of June 5th through June 11th, 2011. We will depart from the Grace Campus at 9:00 a.m. on Sunday June 5th and will return to the Grace Campus at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday June 11th (these times are subject to change per Grace Student Ministries staff and / or DM staff).
The deadline for all payments is Sunday May 29th, 2011.

For this trip there are several items that must be filled out and signed in order to attend camp. The first two documents are for informational purposes related to parents and student(s) attending camp whereas the last two documents must be filled out completely and signed prior to departure.
NEW FOR 2011: M-FUGE & The Stewart Center
M-Fuge
This is a camp experience for those students and adult leaders who are wired more for the missions experience. Be prepared to spend several hours each day in the community...but also be ready to play and have fun at night as we worship together and participate in other scheduled activities. We'll have a blast together as we work side by side sharing the love of Christ with those in need. The Stewart Center
This is VBS style children's day camp held in inner center Atlanta. We will be responsible for all the programming for the week as we minister to the need of Atlanta's poorest children...about 40 children Kindergarten through 5th Grade. Be prepared to be hot and sleep on air matresses as we will be bunking on-site as well as cooking our own meals. At night we will play as we enjoy down-time together. The cost of this camp will be $3.00 per person per day. Summer 2011 date to be announced.
